Hua Hin

Hua Hin is 195 kilometers southwest of Bangkok. It is located on the west coast of Thailand. Although Hua Hin is not as famous as Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Pattaya, it is a gathering place for holiday homes and villas of the Thai royal family and upper-middle class. Since it was discovered by the Thai royal family in the early 20th century and the palace was built here, it has changed from a small fishing village by the sea to Miami, Thailand.

There are Khao Wang Palace that was built on the mountain by King Rama IV, and 16 full teak high-foot palaces that were built by King VI of Thailand for his wife in Cha-am, Hua Hin. Every year, the Thai royal nobles come to Hua Hin for a period of time, and the ninth Thai emperors live in Hua Hin’s Klai Kangwon Palace half of the year. Therefore, Hua Hin’s environmental protection and law and order are better than anywhere.

Hua Hin can be reached by cars, planes, and trains. The Hua Hin Railway Station was built by King Rama VI when he built the Palace of Love and Hope. It is the oldest, most beautiful, and most famous railway station in Thailand. There is also a Thai-style royal waiting room. It is said that it was specially moved from the palace of Rama VI. Although the Thai emperor was not taking the train any more, the royal waiting room is still vacant and not open to the public, so visitors could only look at it outside.

In addition to the royal palaces, luxury villas of the nobility and high society, Hua Hin also has Hua Hin Venice Park, Santorini Park, and Swiss sheep farm. These three attractions are all on the same route.
